Where is my tv table?

In my formal classes, we have been focused on the dining etiquette section. There is much joy and delight in teaching these wonderful habits and behaviors. Each dining item has a wonderful story associated with them. But what I find so sad, is the students tell me they don't eat at the table with their families. So how will this civilized skill, how will learning good conversation skill, interpersonal skills continue to grow if the one natural place we have to use them is taken away. And we, as society are ones taking it away. We are throwing this treasure down the drain. If we could only get every family to join together to prepare, cook and dine together. The power of just sitting at the dining table with family members is priceless. It truly is!  This would make the family unit stronger and help in conversation skills. Band together and sit down with your family tonight.
